Computer Restarted

Earlier yesterday evening I had to actually restart my computer. It was acting really really slow and even Task Manager would lag. So I just shut everything off, shut down the computer for a few minutes and then restart it.
My guess is that the CPU or the RAM was getting over powered and over used but it showed no signs in the beginning so it is a bit unclear. Well this was the first time I restarted in almost 2 months, hopefully I won’t have to do it again any time soon.
